CABIN PLANS - All plans meet or exceed Uniform Building codes. Plans from 192 sq. ft. to 1664 sq.ft for sale. You receive five or eight sets of detail construction drawings for contractor estimates. Plans are designed to meet most local building requirements. Plans are reasonably priced from $125 to $500 dependent upon plan selected. Changes to our stock plans are welcomed. Custom design and engineering services available.

CABIN KITS - Kits are pre-Cut, pre-stained, numbered, and color coded for all models up to 900 sq. ft.. All kits are shipped directly from our British Columbia factory duty free under the North American Free Trade Agreement. No tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees. Or, if you are building in the North Country, use one of our experienced local contractors. Even if you choose not to build it yourself, construction costs are lower because everything is pre-cut, numbered, and all materials down to the last nail are delivered to the site, saving contractor time. No materials lists to be developed, no waiting for delivery, no backordered items, all this means lower construction costs.
